Cesar (pronounced SEH-sahr) is a Project Architect specializing in healthcare design, with a focus on pediatric environments and core and shell projects. His attention to detail and commitment to thoughtful design are reflected in projects such as the new ambulatory tower at Rady Children’s Hospital (formerly Children’s Hospital of Orange County) in Orange, California.

Outside the studio, Cesar enjoys playing and collecting board games, watching movies, hiking, and participating in sim racing. He is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of architects and designers, regularly supporting current students and recent graduates both locally and nationally through mentorship programs at architecture and design schools.
