Thomson Place retail activation and streetscape project in Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood is LIVE! Developed by global real estate investment manager Invesco Real Estate and Crosspoint Associates, Inc., Margulies Perruzzi designed the restoration and repositioning of three historic buildings at 25, 44 and 50 Thomson Place, with new ground-floor retail space and a new pedestrian plaza to create a vibrant retail and dining destination.
This neighborhood once served as warehousing facilities, holding goods and product as it came off the ships in the seaport, and unloaded from horse-drawn carriages.
MP explored the history of these buildings when tasked with bringing these buildings to the new age - preserving their integrity and attracting retail and dining that align with the historic details and serve this vibrant and inspired neighborhood.
Stay tuned for our VIDEO PREMIER that takes you down Thomson Place and introduces you to what it looks like today!
