We develop and manage a comprehensive equipment and utility matrix throughout the project, improving our understanding of how the space will be used and optimizing utility coordination, so the space is science-ready for move-in.

Our team has several years of experience in vivarium and animal care facility design, including small animal and rodent projects, animal imaging and other specialty suites, and AAALAC-accredited facilities.

Process flow is critical for manufacturing processes, equipment layout, and the flow of personnel, material, and waste. We provide planning and design services for technical process facilities, including lithium-ion battery recycling facilities, additive manufacturing facilities (3D printing), Department of Defense testing facilities, and NGO SCIF.

Mission Critical/Data Centers

Our team has expertise in programming, planning, and designing new and retrofits of critical building infrastructure projects, including data centers, security, and fire command centers. We have worked in various roles on these projects, from being the primary lead to providing support for engineering or construction-led project delivery methods.
