We are seeking a Project Architect with 5–10 years of experience to lead the technical execution of sophisticated projects. This role is designed for a professional ready to collaborate with senior leadership, mentor rising talent, and manage high-stakes projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development and coordination of construction documents, ensuring design intent is maintained through every phase.
- Lead and mentor junior designers and interns, delegating tasks and conducting quality control reviews of project deliverables.
- Act as a point of integration for MEP, structural, and specialty consultants to ensure seamless system functionality.
- Oversee Revit model management and documentation efficiency, providing technical guidance to the project team.
- Proactively manage RFIs, submittals, and site visits, collaborating with contractors to resolve field issues effectively.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education & Licensure
- B.Arch or M.Arch degree required.
- Licensed Architect preferred – MA Registered or NCARB certification.
Experience
- 5–10 years of progressive architectural experience. Experience with exterior envelope projects is highly desired.
Technical Expertise
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualization (Enscape/SketchUp) is preferred.
- Experience in Bluebeam is a plus.
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction types, with a proven ability to solve complex technical problems and meet client budgets.
