MP designed a new headquarters for a confidential New England-based company. The interior fit-out is comprised of in-depth collaboration with owners and staff to create a unified space that represents their mission and fits their workspace needs.
During the visioning and programming phase, MP hosted in-person visioning workshops with both the company’s leadership and their employees to gather feedback to understand the culture, define design goals, generate excitement, and begin the process of employee engagement. From the data collected using our interactive software, MP synthesized the information and generated a program summary report. This included both qualitative and quantitative information to generate an assessment of what currently works and areas for improvement or change.
The design of the space is based on this information gathered, and will support various ways of working, creating an inspiring environment that employees will look forward to.
