Description

Margulies Perruzzi is seeking a marketing coordinator to join its marketing team. This position will be responsible for several tasks to support the marketing and communication needs of the firm. Candidate will report directly to the Director of Marketing but will also work closely with leadership and senior staff.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the development of compelling proposals and presentations, including coordinating with internal and external project team members as well as maintaining and updating materials in support of these efforts
  • Provide updates to the firm’s marketing collateral
  • Assist with managing the firm’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) utilizing Hootsuite
  • Provide updates to the firm’s website using WordPress
  • Assist with identifying and ordering promotional items
  • Support the development of award submissions and maintain award schedules
  • Assist with drafting, disseminating, and pulling performance reports for marketing emails in HubSpot
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to improve department processes and procedures
  • Occasional weekend and/or weekday after hours may be requested to attend project photoshoots, events, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, PR, or business-related field
  • 1-3 years’ professional experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills
  • Eye for design and graphic design capabilities
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Adobe CC (InDesign is a must) and Microsoft Office; knowledge of WordPress, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and Deltek is a plus
