As Director of Business Development for Margulies Perruzzi, Julie coordinates with the studios on opportunities and collaborates to implement strategic business development and marketing initiatives. Her responsibilities include expanding the firm’s client base, as well as creating strategies for portfolio expansion in the Healthcare, Real Estate, Workplace, and Science and Technology sectors. Julie is actively involved in the Commercial Real Estate community, she sits on five committees including CoreNet Young Leaders, NAIOP Developing Leaders, CREW Golf, Canstruction, and WWIRE (Wellness for Women in Real Estate) where she helps to plan industry events and discusses trends seen in the market. Julie gives back to the community through her involvement with United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Heading Home. When she is not in the office, you can find Julie supporting Boston sports teams and staying active through dance, boxing, and golf.
